There really is a direct link between your brain and your pain and while you have every right to be offended if someone tells you that it is "all in your head"............well that is the truth!  BUT, of course, this does not make it any less real. It is just that your brain creates what your body feels, and in cases of chronic pain, your brain helps to perpetuate it.

My approach is based on a growing understanding of how the Biopsychosocial model of pain management can help people manage their pain by accounting for their beliefs, expectations, emotions, and feelings.  I create a safe and nurturing environment where you can work through your issues, knowing that I am here to support you every step of the way.

Unlike the traditional approach of using drugs to mask the pain and anxiety, my program helps you to modify or change what your brain tells you, leading to long-lasting results. My goal is to empower you  to take a proactive approach in managing your pain, giving you control over your life and wellbeing.

I absolutely believe in the power of the mind and Rapid Transformational Therapy to help clients reach their full potential. As someone who once believed that pain was inevitable, I understand how limiting beliefs can impact our lives. However, I was able to discover the root cause of my pain and related anxiety and it completely transformed my life.

It is now my goal to help others transform their lives and live to their fullest potential, no matter what challenges they are facing.

Pain is designed to protect us, and it can be a valuable experience that warns us of danger. However, it can also be debilitating, leaving us feeling trapped and limiting our potential. I have helped people overcome the limitations of chronic physical and mental health conditions and turn the dial right down on pain and fatigue.

By looking at the underlying causes of your pain, I know I can help you overcome the obstacles that stand in your way and unlock your full potential.

At Open Mind Healing, I know that our subconscious mind plays a crucial role in both creating illness and healing from it. Each person's pain is unique. Pain is not just a sensation, but also a perception. I utilise Rapid Transformational Therapy and Coaching to identify the root cause of physical, emotional, and psychological pain, and then work to reprogram the subconscious mind to promote healing and overall wellness.

My vision is to help as many people as possible to identify the root cause of their physical and emotional pain. My  goal is to support people on their journey to a life free from anxiety, fatigue, pain, and limiting beliefs.

I offer a customised approach utilising Rapid Transformation Therapy and Coaching. A modern and effective therapeutic technique that blends hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT and NLP to help you overcome the root issue and create long-lasting change.  My methods are designed to empower you to achieve your goals and aspirations and live your life to the fullest

IS IT ALL IN THE MIND? Your health and pain is influenced by many factors including your beliefs, expectations, thoughts, emotions, habits etc and the root of chronic pain and illness, more often than not, lies in some unresolved issue from your past. If someone says the pain and fatigue of chronic conditions is all in your head, would you be offended? You shouldn't be................pain really is constructed entirely by the brain. This does not mean your pain is not real by any means, just that your brain literally creates what your body feels and in cases of chronic pain your body perpetuates it. There is growing understanding and acceptance of how this happens which has led to renewed interest in "biopsychosocial pain management": A treatment that addresses situations, beliefs, expectations and emotions that cause a person to perceive pain in a certain way. This way of treating pain, unlike medication alone, does not mask or numb chronic pain. Rather it will help you to manage your pain by modifying or completely changing what the brain tells you. For some people this approach may provide the first time you have had relief from the pain and fatigue.
